Armadale Shopping City is strategically located in the heart of the revitalized Armadale CBD, accessed off major arterial roads including Albany Highway, Armadale Road and the South West Highway, and is the first point of call for many country shoppers.

Armadale is located only 30kms from the Perth CBD and has been nominated as a strategic regional centre. It is planned to grow to become one of the main CBD’s in the Perth Metropolitan Area.

Construction works on the $80m redevelopment of Armadale Shopping City are progressing rapidly, the current GLA of 21,310sqm will increase to approximately 31,000sqm. This development upon completion, will have a Super IGA and Coles Supermarkets, K-mart and Target Discount Department Stores, together with approximately 130 specialty shops.
