Having worked closely with some of the largest global institutions, Darryll’s knowledge of the Asian and the Australian market is exceptional. Darryll is also the CEO of Metier Asia and a senior advisor to government bodies.

Ben Tana – Associate Director
With over 9 years of experience in retail leasing, Ben Tana has extensive retail contacts throughout Australia. He has strong relationships with everyone from national high-end fashion retailers to local commercial operators. Ben has been involved in such developments as Claremont Quarter, Lakeside Joondalup and Armadale Shopping City.
Nick Donaldson – Leasing Executive
Coming from an advertising and property management background, Nick brings a fresh outlook to leasing. Nick’s client-focused innovative approach to work is a real asset to the Metier team.
Richard Gardner – Leasing Executive
Coming from a marketing background, Richard brings a knowledge of product marketing and this with his innovative approach to project and client matters adds a new element to the Metier leasing team.
Jodi Costello – Head of Property Management
Having formerly worked for such owners as Colliers International, CB Richard Ellis and the Fini Group, Jodi brings a wealth of knowledge in facilites and property management. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Jodi has an excellent understanding of client needs and knows how to effectively manage assets to ensure maximum income is achieved.
Jessica Broadley – Retail Manager
Jessica has been with Metier for over 3 years, with 5 years experience in the retail property industry. A qualified Retail Manager, Jessica has a thorough understanding of all facets of property management and is able to put effective systems, budgets, reports and procedures into place. Jessica has developed both the technical and personal skills required and brings energy and commitment to the role.
Meet the Lease Administration Team
Our dedicated lease administration team has extensive experience in lease administration and lease amendment negotiations, having finalised over 200 leases in the last 12 months. There is a clear understanding on how to negotiate with tenants, document and ‘collect’ all agreements and deposits in a timeframe to meet clients expectations.

Sunny Jankovic – State Manager, SA
Sunny has over 15 years of retail leasing experience with owners such as Colonial, Stockland and AMP. She brings a wealth of of knowledge in all aspects of retail leasing and is considered one of the best operators in the South Australian market.
Danielle Vatsinaris – Leasing Executive
Danielle has represented numerous tenants and has extensive experience in retail leasing. Her vast knowledge of both landlord and retailer needs ensure convenient and efficient leasing for all involved.

Stuart Cameron – State Manager, VIC
Stuart has over 5 years experience in retail property, with significant experience in retail projects. Stuart has had considerable involvement in the entire process of retail projects, from feasibility and budgeting, to deals and approvals, through to tenancy coordination and opening.

Mandy Steinberg – Leasing Executive
Mandy has extensive experience as a portfolio manager for regional centres in Western Australia for Jones Lang Wooton as well as project leasing experience within the New South Wales market. Mandy is very well connected and highly respected amongst her peers in Sydney and is well known in the retail industry.
