Darryll has over 22 years of experience in the property industry. He has worked on some of the most significant retail developments in both the United Kingdom and Australia. Having worked closely with some of the largest global institutions, Darryll's knowledge of the Asian and the Australian market is exceptional. Darryll is also the CEO of Metier Asia and a senior advisor to government bodies.

Kym Thomason has over 19 years experience in retail leasing and management. Within Kym's extensive career, he has worked on several shopping centres throughout Australia including Claremont Quarter and Garden City.

With over 9 years of experience in retail leasing, Ben Tana has extensive retail contacts throughout Australia. He has strong relationships with everyone from national high-end fashion retailers to local commercial operators. Ben has been involved in such developments as Claremont Quarter, Lakeside Joondalup and Armadale Shopping City.

Jackie has had over 20 years experience in the property industry, including retail management, marketing, and leasing. She has worked with Coles Myer and Centro Properties and has been involved as a senior lease negotiator in such developments as Lakeside Joondalup and Armadale Shopping Centre.

Having formerly worked for such owners as Colliers International, CB Richard Ellis and the Fini Group, Jodi brings a wealth of knowledge in facilities and property management. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Jodi has an excellent understanding of client needs and knows how to effectively manage assets to ensure maximum income is achieved.

Jessica has been with Metier for over 3 years, with 5 years experience in the retail property industry. A qualified retail manager, Jessica has a thorough understanding of all facets of property management and is able to put effective systems, budgets, reports and procedures into place. Jessica has developed both the technical and personal skills required and brings energy and commitment to the role.

Our dedicated lease administration team has extensive experience in lease administration and lease amendment negotiations, having finalised over 200 leases in the last 12 months.

There is a clear understanding on how to negotiate with tenants, document and 'collect' all agreements and deposits in a timeframe to meet clients expectations.

Sunny has joined us from Colonial First State Property Management and has extensive knowledge of the South Australian commercial market.

Sunny has over 15 years of retail leasing experience with owners such as Colonial, Stockland and AMP.

She brings a wealth of of knowledge in all aspects of retail leasing and is considered one of the best operators in the South Australian market.

Stuart has over 5 years experience in retail property, with significant experience in retail projects. Stuart has had considerable involvement in the entire process of retail projects, from feasibility and budgeting, to deals and approvals, through to tenancy coordination and opening.
