The building was conceived as both a major commercial as well as retail project with a unique 4.5 Star AGBR rated office space. Designed with 13,000m² of retail space and 44,000m² of office space which has been leased to HBOS's BankWest.
The 13,000m² of retail space accommodates space for a supermarket and opportunities for over 53 specialty stores as well as a 500 seat foodhall. There is excellent exposure to four street frontages and a major presence from the freeway north.
The new train infrastructure brings the rest of WA to Raine Square, with the William Street station exiting into the lower retail level. Trains link to Mandurah, Joondalup, Armadale, Fremantle and Midland with buses servicing passengers for the rest of the state, all of whom arrive at Raine Square's door 7 days a week.
