RECENT OPENINGS
Yanchep Beach Club
Opening just before Christmas, this beautifully presented venue presents uninterrupted views of the ocean. The operator Esqulant Leisure Group has created a special, all-encompassing hospitality venue. Feeling comfortable at once and relaxed for any occasion.
Metier are honoured to work with the Esqulant Leisure Group and two new venues will be announced shortly.
Apple
1 Forrest Place, Perth
Apple opened their premier flagship store on the 27th June 2025 at 1 Forest Place. The store’s refurbishment took nearly 9 months in this state heritage building. Occupying a premier location in the heart of Murray Street mall.
Metier acting on behalf of the landlord negotiated the lease transaction with Apple. This, in addition to negotiating the lease with Sephora (LVMH), the adjacent tenant, crystallises a premium ground floor offering.
Faraday’s
216 St Georges Terrace, Perth
The former “George” had sat vacant since Covid. Metier were appointed to find a best-in-class hospitality operator who could bring the appropriate energy and drive to reinvent the space.
Faraday’s opened in February 2025 occupying 800m² and has delivered to everyone’s high expectations. Opening for breakfast, lunch and dinner with an impressive food menu, it has quickly attracted a strong following of loyal customers.
Metier, through our strong hospitality connections, reached out to an agreed target list and presented the opportunity, assembling a short list for the Client.
Snap Fitness
853 Hay Street, Perth
The building was last occupied by Bankwest but had sat vacant for over 10 years. Occupying nearly 700m² over two floors in a poor presentation it obviously faced challenges on several fronts.
Metier, acting on behalf of the landlord undertook a targeted leasing campaign of larger floor space operators. Quickly finalising a lease agreement with Snap Fitness to relocate their existing gym premises into a larger and more prominent space.
We are exceptionally happy for Snap Fitness and the landlord Fiveight in bringing back to life an important building in the Perth CBD.
